Individual Therapy
Individual sessions are a great place to talk about what is happening in your life, whether that is intrapersonal, interpersonal, family, work, or school related—without the pressure of protecting the feelings of the listener, as can often be the case when talking with friends or family. They can be about where you are now, and where you’d like to be, and how you’d like to get there, both metaphorically and literally. Sometimes, just having the space to speak your thoughts aloud can help bring clarity to subjects you are conflicted or confused about. You are the expert on your life and how you want to live it. My role is to support you through the process of discovering what that is and how you could best accomplish it.

Couple’s Therapy
Couple’s therapy is a good way for intimate and/or committed partners to strengthen their interpersonal and romantic alliance, to find new ways to resolve communication problems, and foster a nurturing connection so that you can support each other through life’s challenges. For some, it is a chance to work through pain and changing expectations in order to dissolve a relationship in a more amicable way. My role is to help each of you identify and communicate your needs so that you can come to a solution where needs are met in such a way that maximizes the potential for mutual, sustainable happiness.

Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is an opportunity to explore any sexual concerns you may have, your thoughts and feelings about sexuality, behavior or functioning and how they intersect with life goals, spirituality, and gender. Our cultures sometimes fail to provide us with accurate information or healthy role models around intimacy, which can make talking about the most intimate aspects of our lives scary or intimidating. My role is to provide you with the safe, affirming, and educational space to examine what healthy sexuality looks like for you, and to embrace it so you can live authentically with erotic integrity.
